Lyle Moffett Grant Funds Awarded for 2012
The legacy of Lyle Moffett continues to encourage and support ministries of caring and compassion through a grant program that helps fund "ministries to the pain of a hurting world."
The Moffett Grant Fund Committee had proceeds of $11,424 to distribute to applicants whose requests totaled over twice the amount available to give. They approved 11 grants to congregations and mission communities in our presbytery. Below is a brief synopsis of each selected program.
