Celebrating 20th Anniversary of Partnership
between
Illubabor Bethel Synod
and
Shenandoah Presbytery
The Partnership Committe of Shenandoah Presbytery cordially invites you and your congregation to the 11th Annual Ethiopia Partnership Celebration honoring 20 years in mission partnership together.
Invited guests include Rev. Yadeta Kirita, President, Illubabor Bethel Synod and Rev. Tariku Jira, Synod Vice President.  Also invited are all people who have ever traveled to Ethiopia from Shenandoah Presbytery. Officials from PCUSA World Missions will also be invited.

Registration and displays open at 6:00pm at Massanutten Presbyterian Church, Penn Laird. This year's Celebration will focus on worship and on giving thanks for 20 years of partnership together.  This promises to be an opportunity for learning more about our mission and ministry within the Illubabor Bethel Synod.

The Ethiopian Fellowship Banquet will begin at 6:30pm in the Fellowship Hall.  There is an alternative American entre` available upon request.

Following the Fellowship Banquet, a Worship Celebration will include prayers for our mission and ministry together, words from our Ethiopian Guests, litanies, and a few short stories and reflections on 20 years of experiences in partnership with the Illubabor Bethel Synod.
                                                                                                                                 

Banquet Fee:  $12.00 per person prepaid with registration
                         Children under 12 are free and are welcome
                         (An Alternative American entre will be provided upon request)

Registrations are due on the presbytery office by 4:30pm, Friday, October 30th.

Directions to Massanutten Church - Penn Laird:
From Interstate 81, take exit 247-A (east toward Elkton). Travel approximately 3 miles. Take a left at the traffic light at the intersection of Route 33 and Crosskeys Road/Indian Trail Road. The entrance to the church is on the right.

From Elkton/Massanutten Resort and points East: Take Route 33 West toward Harrisonburg until you reach the traffic light at the intersection of Route 33 and Crosskeys Road/Indian Trail Road. Turn right and the church is on the right.
