MEMO TO:    Pastors and Commissioners to Presbytery FROM:    Jan G. Owen, Stated Clerk DATE:        July 17, 2008 RE:        August 23, 2008, MEETING OF PRESBYTERY     The Presbytery of Shenandoah will meet in stated session at Falling Waters Church in Hedgesville, West Virginia, on Saturday, August 23, 2008. (Directions below.) A nursery will be provided for babies and small children.  We ask that you contact the church 304-754-8211 no later than August 18, so that proper arrangements can be made. MEAL TICKETS can be purchased before the convening hour of 9:30 a.m. at a cost of $9.00 HANDBOOK  The Handbook of Reports will be available. [Click here].  The Handbook contains essential information for advanced study to enable Presbytery to make informed and prompt decisions.  Please be sure all voting members of Presbytery receive a copy.  They include all pastors and elected commissioners.
