Presbytery Staff Changes Begin 2012
Shenandoah Presbytery began the year 2012 with two changes in staff.
The Presbytery Council approved the hiring of the Rev. Dr. Randy Webb as
the new Acting General Presbyter. Rev. Webb is currently a member of
Shenandoah Presbytery and is serving as Stated Supply on a part-time basis
at the Nineveh Presbyterian Church in Front Royal. VA. The Acting General
Presbyter position is a part-time position in which Randy will serve until
such time as the presbytery hires a new General Presbyter.Contacts for Rev. Webb:
The Presbytery Council also approved hiring the Rev. Dr. Dan Williams as
Stated Clerk (acting) at its last meeting in 2011 to begin January 1, 2012.
The presbytery's previous interim General Presbyter, Sally Hinchman, served
in both the General Presbyter and Stated Clerk positions prior to leaving
as of December 31, 2011. Rev. Williams has served as Stated Clerk in
another presbytery prior to being called to serve as pastor of the Second
Presbyterian Church of Staunton, VA. The Stated Clerk position is a
