Mt. Horeb Presbyterian Church has an
opening for the position of
Church Administrative Assistant at 20-hours
a week. This position entails knowledge of Microsoft, with some knowledge
of Excel and Access, coordinating church calendar events, preparing correspondence,
preparing weekly bulletins, monthly newsletter, ordering supplies, tracking
maintenance of office equipment and other office duties.
Candidates will need secretarial and office management experience with strong
organizational, communication and interpersonal abilities. Must maintain
confidentiality in working with sensitive information. Must be able
to work independently and be flexible in working with multiple tasks.
